An in-room appointment fits around your stay when the arrangements are clear. Before choosing a time, check the service location, your property’s policies and the complete price.
1. Start with your destination
Share the city and hotel name or neighbourhood first. Coverage can vary within a city, and transport time may affect available appointments. Use our coverage directory as a starting point; it does not replace confirmation for your address.
2. Choose the experience you prefer
Think about gentle or firmer pressure and whether you prefer a full-body or focused session. Review massage styles, then ask which options are available at your location. Do not assume every style or duration can be arranged.
3. Use the local date and time
Specify the date and time in China local time, especially when planning from overseas. Allow room for check-in, meals and any delays in your itinerary. An enquiry is not a confirmed time slot.
4. Check hotel access
Ask whether outside service providers are allowed and whether registration or a meeting in the lobby is required. Read our hotel visitor policy guide for questions to ask.
5. Confirm the complete arrangement
- Massage style, duration and agreed pressure preferences.
- Therapist availability and language needs.
- Total price, travel costs and any additional charges.
- Accepted payment methods and any deposit requirement.
- Cancellation or rescheduling terms.
- Equipment, linens and room setup.
6. Keep the confirmation
Save the agreed details and the booking contact. Share room numbers or precise access information privately only when needed. Use the live chat link on our booking page to contact the team and keep a record of your agreed arrangement.
